๐ฑ Climate DC: March 2026
Bringing you TWO Climate DC Events this month.
Hello Climate DC community,
Spring is (kind of) here! February was a busy month with the DC Climate Week Kickoff Happy Hour and our game night at Board Room DC. It was energizing to see so many familiar and new faces. If you have some questions about DC Climate Week, check out the FAQ below!
This March, Climate DC is joining Electrify DC for a meetup at the Healthy Homes Fair, a free event designed to help homeowners and renters in the DMV make their homes healthier, more affordable, and more resilient. The fair runs from 1 to 5 PM, with our Climate DC meetup beginning at 2:30 PM in the Murphy Lounge at the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center at Catholic University.
Expect home electrification resources, appliance demonstrations, hands-on workshops, induction cooking demos, e-bike and EV test rides, and more.
โ Introducing Climate Conversations
This month, we are launching our Climate Conversations series! These will be smaller, more intentional gatherings with meaningful conversations about various climate topics. If large group networking isnโt your thing or you want to meet people interested in the same issues as you, these events are up your alley!
Join us on March 17th from 8-9 AM for our first iteration focused on grid reliability issues with Climate DC community member Charlie Merriam. Charlie will start the conversation, but the discussion is open for all to share their thoughts and ask questions. You donโt need to have prior knowledge to join.
Weโll be doing these events roughly monthly, so stay tuned for future iterations!
